Privacy policy
What we collect
- Your account: your email address, and a name if you add one.
- Projects you put in the cloud, with their pictures, sounds and fonts, and the people you invite to them.
- Share links you create, and the file each one plays. Anyone with a link can see that file.
- Sign-in records: when you signed in, and the device name of the desktop app.
- Crash reports the editor sends when it fails to start (the error text, no project content).
- Mail you send us at our support addresses.
- Usage counts, such as how often share links are viewed, without your address attached.
How we use it
To sign you in, keep and sync your projects, let the people you invite work with you, play your share links, send the emails you ask for (sign-in codes, invitations, notices about your account), answer your messages, keep the service secure and fix problems. We do not use your projects to train AI models.
On your device
The editor keeps your projects in your browser's storage or in the desktop app's folder. They stay on your device unless you put them in the cloud. Signing in sets one cookie, which keeps you signed in; there are no advertising or tracking cookies.
Where it is kept
On Cloudflare, which runs our servers, database, file storage and email sending. Deleted projects stay in the trash for 30 days, then they are removed. When you delete your account we remove your projects, files and sessions.
Other services
- AI providers: if you use the Agent window, your requests go straight from the editor to the provider you chose, under your own key and their terms.
- Google Fonts: when you add a Google font, the font file is fetched from Google.
Your choices
You can use the editor without an account. You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, by writing to support@ovamotion.com from the address you sign in with.
